ISSUES
OF CONCERN/GRIEVANCES Issues,
problems, and questions relating to Cherubs should always be discussed with staff
and/or the Director. Staff will consult with the Director on child development
issues and those relating to enrollment, schedule changes, vacation plans, etc. Classroom
staff works closely with the Director. Should any policy issue or problem need
clarification, attention, or resolution, you are encouraged to meet with the Director. Tuition
and/or billing questions can be addressed to the Director and/or Treasurer. The
Director and all staff work closely together. Serious problems and issues of concern
are always a shared responsibility. |
