 Welcome
to the world of your toddlers! In this room we will be exploring the young toddler's
environment through art, music and movement, reading, and dramatic play, as some
examples. Artwork will be displayed at the children's level so they can see their
finished products and be proud of what they accomplished. Our philosophy is process
versus product, so not everything has to look like what it is "supposed"
to. There will be a lot of music and movement to allow children to express themselves
and "shake their sillies out." There is a quiet area for reading and
a kitchen area so they can go "shopping at the store" like our "grown
up" friends. Throughout all daily activities and explorations we will be
developing their language skills.
We
welcome you to visit our classroom at any time, so you can see for yourself how
